Klerksdorp, North - West Province-Tutor wanted for autistic grade 11 at St. Conrads. Applicant must excels in maths, science and information technology. Preferably retired teacher/ university student/ ex - matriculant who has time to work with him after school every day and week-ends if need be. Skills required are patience and the ability to assess gaps in fundamental concepts. I require a hands on coach with the ability to work through exam papers with him and to teach him more concise study methods. My expectations would be that he is adequately prepared for achieving university entrance. Applicant needs to have understanding of autistic traits i.e. obsession with certain subject matter and who can keep learner focused on answering questions without deviating or writing too much. I am looking for someone who is available for the next year in order to establish a comfortable rapport with him. gela@skillsure.co.za
